Mahzyn Business Messaging
When you opt in to our messaging program, you may receive SMS/text messages from Mahzyn Inc related to:
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Mahzyn. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for non-marketing communications and up to 8 messages per month for marketing communications if you have opted in to both.
Message and data rates may apply. Mahzyn does not charge for sending messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
By opting in to our SMS/text messaging program:
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt out of only marketing messages while retaining non-marketing messages, contact us at mustafab@mahzyn.com.
To rejoin the messaging program after opting out, reply START or YES to a previous message, re-submit a form on our website with the messaging consent checkbox selected, or contact us at mustafab@mahzyn.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our messaging service supports all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and their MVNOs. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mahzyn retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mahzyn Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Mahzyn in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mahzyn Inc, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
